Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lynnettecholewka@prismpassion.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
